Hundreds of Tenants

We serve hundreds of tenants every year, giving them the tools they need to stay housed.

We can provide tenants who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless with affordable units and on-site support in our buildings, and we can also outreach our support to tenants living in other buildings, preventing them from becoming homeless. We tailor our support services to the needs of the tenant and work closely with partners to make sure the tenants have access to what’s needed to keep their housing stable.

The Homeless Problem

The problem of homelessness is complex – the solution is simple:

People become homeless for many different, and often complicated, reasons. Options Bytown understands that the solution is simple – we provide housing that people can afford, together with on-site support services that empower them to keep their housing. We prevent homelessness over the long-term through our “supportive” housing.
